Assistant Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Learning and Development Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee learning programs that enhance employee skills and support hotel operations.

• Assist in developing and delivering training aligned with business objectives.
• Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress.
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain training records and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate closely with hotel operations to understand specific training requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and workforce needs.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in training software and Microsoft Office applications.
