We are seeking a proactive and skilled Learning and Development Manager to design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for a company in large-scale B2B Exhibitions. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will translate expertise into effective training content. You will also establish processes, policies, and procedures in consultation with the business, and build a comprehensive train-the-trainer program. Additionally, you will provide facilitation guidance and hands-on support to subject matter experts to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Create and design high-quality learning materials and collateral.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate expertise into learning content.
- Develop processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
- Build and deliver a train-the-trainer program to prepare internal facilitators.
- Provide facilitation guidance, coaching, and support to subject matter experts for training delivery.
- Ensure training methods are engaging, effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end launch projects to execution.
- Talent Management:
Map competencies and identify training development plans. - Stakeholder management.
- Manage the entire processes of training curriculum.
- Be proactive in seeking better business understanding since joining the organization.
- Own and execute the L&D strategy.
- Saudi national.
- Overall 7–8 years of experience, with 5 years in L&D.
- Familiar with multiple learning management systems.
- Experience building courses independently.
- Proven experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to build training programs.
- Experience in process and policy development.
- Experience in facilitation.
- Knowledge of exhibition management or related fields is a plus.
