Key Responsibilities- To plan, prepare & deliver courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience, and existing knowledge of students
- To assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Department
- To contribute to the Department’s improvement plan and its implementation
- To contribute to the whole college’s planning activities
- To contribute to the Department process of self-review, evaluation, and improvement planning activities
- To undertake formative & summative assessments to ensure progress, and implement interventions where required
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.
- TEFL Level 4 certification.
- Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.
- Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.
- Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.
- Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.
- Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.
- Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and filling needs proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic and complex environment to meet critical deadlines and milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Competitive Salary Package
- Gross salary of SAR 18,500 / £3,950 / $4,950 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX-FREE
- 30 days annual leave + KSA national holidays
- Iqama transfer costs will be covered by the company
- Comprehensive Medical Insurance as per company policy
- End of Service Award upon successfully completing the contract
