Job DescriptionThe Arabic Language Training Manager will be a key player in ensuring the Academy’s training services and initiatives are relevant to the needs of the business and the market. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for language instruction, cultural exchange, and the ability to drive impactful learning experiences for leaders at all levels, but particularly senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
Whatyou will do
- Design and conduct tailored 1:1 and group Arabic language training to English speaking CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT) to enable them to communicate and engage in high-level strategic conversations in formal Arabic, with a focus on the Saudi dialect.
- Develop and implement training programs to enable business colleagues to speak fluent, formal, and communicative Arabic in the Saudi dialect.
- Ensure the training courses are interactive, practical, and meet the highest standards of language instruction.
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Translate existing Academy training materials into Arabic, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Develop new Arabic training collateral for the Academy’s event training curriculum, tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and outcomes
- Incorporate cultural nuances and business etiquette into training programs to enhance learners’ practical application of the language.
- Work closely with the Academy’s curriculum development team to align Arabic training programs with organizational goals.
- Serve as the lead facilitator for Arabic events and development training programs for the Academy.
- Develop and conduct relevant Academy technical events training in Arabic internally and externally
- Provide strategic support for Academy initiatives and projects by leveraging advanced Arabic language skills for translation and the development of high-quality, culturally tailored collateral.
- Create and refine external Arabic communications for the Academy’s initiatives, including the development of versatile communication templates and materials tailored for diverse audiences.
- As needed, periodically support various translation efforts across show teams and enablement functions within the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Education, Language Instruction, or Business Communication is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and delivering Arabic language training programs, particularly for non-native speakers in a professional or corporate setting.
- Expertise in the Saudi dialect and formal Arabic, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette.
