- 2 or more years experience.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
- Evidence of previous learning experience working with children.
- Proactive approach providing learning support to students in mainstream classes, small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
- Confidence in working with young children in and outside a classroom.
