The Cooperative Training will provide structured training and exposure across various Quality functions and verticals, with a focus on key processes.

Cooperative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leaders and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:

• Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.
• Cooperative Trainees will receive training and help prepare weekly and monthly reports, develop databases, and support various reporting tasks.
• Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
• Conducting research and analysis as required.
• Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.

• Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
• Bachelor of Science degree program in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or
  university
• Students should qualify to undertake the training as part of the university curriculum.
• Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of
  4) or (4 out of
  5)
  Excellent skills in oral and written communication
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Students should be from the core Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field.
• Good Academic background.
• The students must know the basic principles and practices.
• Problem‑solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment.
