Preschool Teacher

Are you passionate about early childhood education? My Learning Tree, a Reggio Emilia-inspired day care and preschool in Riyadh, is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team. Enrolling children aged 12 months to 6 years, we prioritize creating a nurturing environment that fosters interaction, development, and cultural sensitivity.

• Full-time position:
  Sunday to Thursday
• Hours:
  
  7.00 am to 2 pm or 12 pm to 5.30 pm

• Facilitate child-led, play-based learning experiences
• Observe and document children's interests, progress, and development
• Collaborate with children to co-construct curriculum and projects
• Create a learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and critical thinking
• Encourage communication and reflection among children, teachers, and parents
• Foster relationships, connections, and a sense of community within the classroom
• Embrace diversity, uniqueness, and individuality in each child's learning journey
• Continuously engage in professional development and self-reflection to enhance teaching practices
• Ensure the physical environment is organized, aesthetically pleasing, and conducive to learning

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Education, or related fields
• Prior experience in Reggio Emilia-inspired teaching is a plus
• Experience with preschoolers and kindergarten-aged children
• Passion for learning and teamwork
• Fluency in English required, Arabic proficiency preferred
