We seek an exceptional Senior .Net Instructor who combines technical expertise with the ability to inspire and guide students through their learning journey. You’ll not only teach technical skills but also cultivate the problem-solving mindset essential for success in this rapidly evolving field.

• Deliver a comprehensive .NET Development curriculum including Object-oriented programming, Unit Testing, Debugging, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Conduct hands‑on exercises and labs allowing trainees to practice programming using .Net on a daily basis.
• Integrate industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Support trainees from the initial problem definition stage through developing their capstone project and showcasing their final applications.
• Assess trainees’ performance using diverse evaluation methods and provide detailed, constructive feedback to facilitate growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working as a .NET developer.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

• Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the needs of different audiences and learning styles.
