Manager School Program

Role Purpose

Design and deliver educational and school-focused cultural programming that engages students and supports learning through cultural experiences.

• Program Design & Curriculum Alignment
  • Design structured educational programs aligned with school curricula and learning objectives.
  • Develop age‑appropriate cultural experiences, tours, and interactive activities.
  • Ensure educational value is embedded within all program elements.
• School & Institutional Engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with schools, education authorities, and institutions.
  • Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and participation of school groups.
  • Ensure smooth communication and engagement with educational stakeholders.
• Program Delivery & Experience Management
  • Oversee delivery of school programs on‑site, ensuring structured and safe experiences.
  • Manage group flow, timing, and supervision of student visits.
    
    Ensure high‑quality engagement and facilitation.
• Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with Operations for logistics, access, and movement of school groups.
  • Ensure readiness of spaces, guides, and facilitators.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Performance & Improvement
  • Track participation levels, engagement, and feedback from schools.
  • Continuously refine programs based on educational outcomes and feedback.
• Budget & Funding Management
  • Develop and manage the budget for school programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities for school programs in collaboration with Commercial and Cultural Ecosystem teams.
  • Support development of partnerships, sponsor ships, and institutional collaborations to enable program delivery.
  • Monitor program costing and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

• Experience in education programs or youth engagement.
• Program design and facilitation.
• Stakeholder coordination.

• 5-8+ years of experience, with a strong background in educational programs, youth engagement, or structured visitor experiences.
• Proven experience designing and delivering educational programs, learning experiences, or youth‑focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of age‑appropriate content development and learning engagement methods.
• Experience aligning programs with educational objectives, curricula, or institutional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working with:
  • Schools and educational institutions.
  • Education authorities or governing bodies.
• Ability to coordinate large volumes of school groups, including scheduling, communication, and participation management.
• Experience managing structured group visits with predefined timelines and requirements.
• Experience delivering guided tours, workshops, or structured group experiences in public or cultural environments.
• Strong facilitation skills to ensure engagement and smooth delivery.
• Experience coordinating with operations teams to manage:
  • Group movement and flow.
  • Scheduling and access.
  • On‑site logistics.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and safeguarding requirements for children and youth.
• Ability to ensure safe, structured, and well‑supervised program delivery.
• Experience in museums, cultural institutions, heritage sites, or educational attractions.
• Experience managing school visits in large public venues or events.
• Exposure to national or large‑scale cultural programs is an advantage.
