Position: Training Associate (Tamheer)

As a Training Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about learning and development and is eager to build a career in training and employee development.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
  • Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
  • Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
  • Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus).
  • Interest in training, learning, and development.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
