Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels, fostering a dynamic classroom environment. Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Integrate authentic materials and real-world contexts into curriculum to enhance practical language acquisition and cultural understanding. Create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere where students feel empowered to take risks and actively participate.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification, validating specialized training in teaching English to speakers of other languages.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners in an academic or professional setting.
- Proficiency in a second language (besides English) is a plus, enhancing understanding of language learning challenges.
