English Language Teacher – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Plan, prepare & deliver courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, tailored to the needs, interests, experience and existing knowledge of students.
• Assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Department.
• Contribute to the Department’s improvement plan and its implementation.
• Contribute to the whole college’s planning activities.
• Contribute to the Department process of self‑review, evaluation, and improvement planning activities.
• Undertake formative & summative assessments to ensure progress, and implement interventions where required.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, or Education.
• TEFL Level 4 certification.
• Teaching qualification to Level 4 (working towards Level 5 within 2 years).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post‑secondary sector.
• Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.
• Use of digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.
• Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.
• Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.
• Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.

• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and filling needs proactively.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic and complex environment to meet critical deadlines and milestones.

• Gross salary of SAR 18,500 / £3,950 / $4,950 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX‑FREE.
• 30 days annual leave + KSA national holidays.
• Iqama transfer costs will be covered by the company.

• End of Service Award upon successfully completing the contract.
