Student Experience Lead

Noon Academy is seeking a Student Journey Lead for its Riyadh office.

The student journey is the backbone of everything the Noon team does. This role supports and extends that work by shaping design principles, maintaining the journey map across student segments, synthesizing student feedback, and coordinating experiments and moments that make each step feel like a win.

• Help define and document design principles that guide how student journeys are built—to make steps clear, motivating, and completable.
• Maintain the end‑to‑end journey map across student segments (grade, level, course, track), flagging where the journey is unclear, too fast, too slow, or missing support.
• Coordinate with product, learning, and school operations to ensure the map reflects reality, not just intention.
• Work with the motivation system (rewards, coins, progression signals) as a lever for journey completion by understanding usage, identifying drop‑offs, and testing reward logic or design changes.
• Collect and organize student survey results, support inputs, school feedback, and qualitative interview notes on a recurring basis.
• Tag and group feedback into consistent themes, preparing clear summaries to decide the next actions.
• Coordinate pilots and tests on new journey ideas, track outcomes, and summarize learnings.
• Support the design of key student‑facing moments (orientations, exam results, milestone celebrations).

• 2+ years of experience in product, or a role focused on organizing and synthesizing information to support better decisions.
• Highly organized and reliable; when you commit to track something, it gets tracked.
• Curiosity about the “why” behind behavior—not satisfied with surface metrics but eager to understand why completion dropped.
• Comfortable being a strong second; you help the people around you become more effective.

• Enjoy making sense of data; you prefer to read survey comments and themes over averages.
• Follow through without being chased; you manage your work and flag early when something is at risk.
• Are eager to learn journey design in practice and want to grow into owning more over time.
