The Regional Student Recruitment Specialist is responsible for driving student enrollment growth across assigned regions by developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions
. The role requires strong knowledge of vocational education systems, particularly those governed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and the ability to build partnerships with schools, government entities, and industry stakeholders.

• Student Recruitment & Enrollment- Develop and execute regional recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: inquiries, applications, screening, enrollment, onboarding
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams on program positioning and conversion
• Outreach & School Engagement: Build partnerships with schools, counselors, and feeder institutions; conduct outreach and career sessions
• Business Development, industry & Government Engagement: Engage employers, industry, and government bodies to enhance pathways and employability outcomes
• Represent the institute at fairs, exhibitions, and community events; track and convert leads
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student demand; prepare performance reports

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in student recruitment/admissions/education marketing
• Proven experience in Riyadh/Saudi education market and TVTC-governed institutions
• Strong networks with schools, employers, and education stakeholders in KSA
• CRM and digital recruitment tools proficiency
• Target-driven with strong stakeholder management
• Presentation and public speaking skills
• Organizational and analytical abilities
