Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver STEM robotics, coding, and technology‑related lessons for school‑age students.
  • Design engaging, hands‑on, project‑based learning activities aligned with STEM education standards.
  • Teach robotics concepts using platforms such as LEGO Education, VEX Robotics, Arduino, or similar systems.
  • Introduce students to coding and programming fundamentals in an age‑appropriate and practical way.
  • Support students in building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving robotics and STEM projects.
  • Encourage creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and teamwork among students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and practical activities.
  • Manage classroom activities effectively and maintain a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Support STEM clubs, robotics clubs, innovation programs, and school competitions when required.
  • Coordinate with academic staff and school leadership to align STEM activities with curriculum goals.
  • Stay updated with new trends, tools, and technologies in STEM, robotics, coding, and educational technology.
  • Ensure proper use, organization, and maintenance of robotics kits, tools, and lab materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, STEM, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in STEM, robotics, coding, computer science, or related subjects.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics platforms such as LEGO Education, VEX Robotics, Arduino, or similar systems.
  • Good understanding of coding and programming fundamentals suitable for school‑age students.
  • Experience in designing and delivering hands‑on, project‑based, and inquiry‑based learning activities.
  • Familiarity with STEM education standards and modern teaching methodologies.
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire students and encourage creativity, teamwork, innovation, and problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience participating in or preparing students for STEM competitions, robotics clubs, or innovation programs is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage learning materials, robotics kits, and project timelines.
