Lincoln College International KSA is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer – Industrial Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop the next generation of engineering and manufacturing professionals by delivering high-quality technical training and supporting workforce development initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring strong industrial experience, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging industry‑relevant learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom-based workshop and practical technical training sessions.
- Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands‑on activities.
- Support trainees in applying engineering principles and workplace best practices.
- Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Curriculum Development
- Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery.
- Assessment and Quality Assurance
- Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Health, Safety and Compliance
- Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Professional certifications in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement.
Excellent English communication skills. Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5 or higher.
