We are seeking experienced aviation instructors to deliver structured and engaging training sessions that develop the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.
This role focuses on instructional excellence, learner development, and continuous improvement of aviation training content aligned with international standards.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver structured aviation training sessions
- Develop and improve lesson plans and course materials
- Evaluate learner progress and provide professional feedback
- Maintain high instructional quality and engagement standards
- Collaborate with instructors and academic partners
- Stay updated with aviation industry and regulatory developments
- Experience in aviation education or technical instruction
- Ability to design structured training content
- Strong classroom and workshop facilitation skills
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance or EASA-related systems
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms is an advantage
- Relevant aviation, engineering, or education qualifications
- EASA-aligned aviation training ecosystem
- Strategic partnership with IAT
