Faculty Positions in Industrial Engineering (CoE#161224) Overview
The Industrial Engineering Department at Alfaisal University invites applications for full-time positions. Specific positions and areas of interest include:
Assistant, Associate or ProfessorApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, preferably from an ABET-accredited institution. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong research record and experience in teaching and supervising both graduate and undergraduate students. The faculty member is expected to engage in community outreach and provide service to the department, college, and university. The ideal candidate should bring experience, energy, motivation, and leadership to the department.
Mandated qualifications include a Ph.D. and a demonstrable research record for eligibility of consideration.

The department seeks to hire Instructors or Lecturers of Industrial Engineering (male and female). Candidates must hold at least a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (a Ph.D. is an advantage). The primary responsibility of the successful candidates will be laboratory instruction and undergraduate academic support.
The candidate will mainly be responsible for conducting laboratory sessions, tutorials, and recitations associated with undergraduate Industrial Engineering courses. Delivering lectures for core undergraduate courses may be assigned when needed by the department. Additional responsibilities include preparing laboratory materials, assessments, and examinations, supporting course coordination activities, and assisting with grading and student support.
The candidate will also contribute to curriculum implementation, student advising, and continuous improvement of teaching quality. Experience in laboratory instruction, use of educational technologies, and familiarity with accreditation and assessment processes are highly desirable. Candidates are expected to actively participate in departmental service and academic support activities.
