We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Cabin Crew Trainer to join our elite training team. This is an opportunity to shape the future of aviation in the Kingdom by nurturing and developing the next generation of Riyadh Air Cabin Crew.

Your Mission:
Inspire, Train, and Elevate. As a Cabin Crew Trainer, you will be at the heart of shaping our crew—from their first day in the classroom to their first flight in the skies. You will teach life-saving Safety & Emergency Procedures, deliver world-class Service and Hospitality training, and impart essential Aviation Medical skills to ensure every crew member is prepared to deliver excellence.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions across Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Hospitality, and Medical areas—making learning both effective and enjoyable.
• Nurture our crew as a coach and mentor, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and motivating our diverse crew members while embodying Riyadh Air's FRESH values.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where people feel supported and involved.
• Ensure training is top-notch and fully compliant with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience; you understand the nuances of training and development in aviation.
• Current or previous Cabin Crew experience; you know what it takes to succeed in the role.
• Experience training crew in a part-time or full-time capacity.

• A genuine passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the Cabin Crew role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you connect with people easily.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities; you are invested in helping others grow.
• A creative and engaging training style that makes learning memorable.
• The ability to adapt to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• A commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
