Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a GCCS - J C4

ISR Technical Training Staff Instructor to provide training instruction and curriculum development support for GCCS - J Cyber Security Intelligence Module and or System Engineering and buttonology This position will be located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and will be a fully onsite position

• Designs and delivers C4
  
  ISR training instructions curriculum to train all levels of personnel Formulates C4
  
  ISR teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training group instruction lectures demonstrations conferences meetings and workshops Develops C4
  
  ISR tests and visual aids conducts training classes and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities Collaborates with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to identify program needs obtain technical data and conducts training support according to the training mission Keeps abreast of training and development research learning theory motivation theory and new materials methods and techniques Confers with leadership and the management team employees and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies procedures regulations business initiatives and technologies May evaluate and or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and or administer training programs Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards principles and theories Works under general supervision providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope complexity

• Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree2-4 years exp Clearance:
  Secret Knowledge of GCCS - J and C4
  
  ISR Systems to include technical operations of the suite and components
  
  Experience provided training instructions in a military environment
  
  Clearance Level: must be able to pass an FBI background check and obtain a visa for KSA

• GCCS - J Operator, Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer Networking background
  
  Experience working abroad in austere environments such as KSAEnergetic, self-starter who works well in a team environment
