Future Airport Leaders Program (GDP

The Future Airport Leaders program is designed for fresh graduates, empowering them to build successful careers in airport management through an integrated work environment that combines practical application with hands-on experience and professional skill development, helping prepare a new generation of Saudi talent to lead the future of the aviation sector.

Duration:

12 months leading to full-time employment upon successful completion.

Program Pathways:

Year One: Airside Operations

Following an assignment to one of two tracks:

Track 1: Operations & Safety

Track 2: Planning & Analytics

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor with minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5.0, or equivalent.
• Graduate of a Saudi or internationally accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education (certificate equivalency required for international degrees).
• Meets one of the following English language requirements: IELTS: 5.0/ TOEFL: 500/ STEP: 83
• Meets the medical requirements for the nominated position.
• Successfully passes all required assessments, interviews, and job-related requirements.
• Available to commit full-time to the program.

Bachelor with the below majors:

• Aviation
• Management
• Monthly salary.
• Paid annual leave.
• Medical insurance for the trainee, including parents, spouse, and children.
• On-the-job training at King Khalid International Airport.
• Technical and leadership training programs in airport management.
• Professional certifications.
• An international airport visit to gain exposure to global best practices and industry experience.
• Employment upon successful completion of the program.
