Librarian English-Speaking School

We are currently hiring a Librarian to join our dynamic team at an English-speaking school in Riyadh Saudi Arabia As a Librarian you will be responsible for managing and organizing our schools library as well as providing support to students and faculty in their research and information needs

• Manage the librarys collection of books journals and other resources
• Develop and implement cataloging systems to ensure efficient organization and accessibility of materials
• Assist students and faculty in finding relevant resources for research projects
• Promote reading and literacy by organizing book clubs and other reading activities
• Collaborate with teachers to incorporate library resources into lesson plans
• Stay updated on current library trends and technology to optimize the use of the library
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the library and enforce library rules

• Bachelors degree in Library Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Librarian
• Fluent in English reading writing speaking
• Knowledge of cataloging systems and library management software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people

• Experience working at an international school or with international studentsteachers
• Familiarity with British curriculum or experience working at a British curriculum school
