Job Vacancy:
Capacity Trainer
We are looking for a capacity trainer with competence and experience to deliver training courses for female students in the General Aptitude Test.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver training programs in the Quantitative and Verbal sections.
- Explain quick-solution strategies and manage test time.
- Prepare training models and mock tests, and monitor the trainees' progress.
- Simplify concepts and motivate trainees to achieve the best results.
- Commit to course schedules and the training plan.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in training for the Aptitude Test.
- Mastery of both the Quantitative and Verbal sections, with knowledge of modern test methods and questions.
- High skill in explanation and communication, and in managing the training group.
- The ability to prepare training content and a variety of exercises.
- Preference will be given to having a track record of results or successful training experiences.
