As Founding School Director, you will be responsible for shaping the school’s vision, building its academic and operational framework, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence from inception. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with proven experience in international education, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will oversee curriculum development, staff recruitment, community engagement, and the creation of a nurturing environment where students thrive as global citizens.

• Lead the full setup and opening of a new international school
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing educational teams while fostering collaboration and strong communication across staff and leadership
• Implement international curricula, policies, and operational frameworks to ensure consistent excellence in Early Years and Primary education
• Play a pivotal role in one of the Middle East’s fastest-growing education hubs

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in establishing and launching new schools, with full involvement in setup and opening
• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or Educational Administration
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and leadership teams
• Deep knowledge of international curricula in early childhood and primary education, plus expertise in team building, recruitment, and policy development
