  • Work under the assigned management structure and report to the relevant Directorate of Operations.
  • Maintain close coordination and liaison between ATC instructors at various operating bases and headquarters, and provide regular feedback on ATC training activities and progress.
  • Develop, prepare, review, and update training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and other instructional documentation for Air Traffic Controllers.
  • Prepare and maintain ATC training curricula and structured training programs for ATC personnel.
  • Advise commanders and relevant management on ATC training requirements, competency development, and training needs.
  • Perform instructional duties for personnel assigned to Air Traffic Control operations in both classroom and operational environments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Air Traffic Control operations.
  • Military aviation or military ATC experience is preferred.
  • Qualified instructor with the ability to deliver ATC training in both classroom and practical operational environments.
  • Must hold a recognized ATC qualification or certification, such as FAA, ICAO, Level 7, Air Force Officer 1523 certification, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and preparing ATC training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documentation.
  • Good working knowledge of office automation tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. English proficiency of Level 5 or above is preferred where applicable.
