This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, arts and all associated infrastructure. Mace is a delivery partner requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

• Manage day‑to‑day design activities across assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate the overall design process from concept through to construction and hand‑over.
• Define and monitor design deliverables, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and on time.
• Deliver design outputs aligned with strategic KPIs, programme and budget requirements.
• Implement and maintain design management systems, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
• Lead safety, quality and sustainability standards across all design activities.
• Resolve client design issues and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support business development through technical input and design leadership.

• A degree and background in Architecture or Engineering.
• Proven track leading Design Management for large‑scale regional infrastructure projects.
• Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent, with demonstrable professional or personal development preferred.
• Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
