We are seeking experienced Senior Drillers to lead drilling operations for a high-profile oil and gas project, for one of our clients.
The ideal candidates will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of drilling programs while supervising the drill crew. This role requires expertise in well control, equipment management, and crew leadership.

• Operate and supervise drilling equipment
  , including draw works, rig floor machinery, and BOP systems.
• Execute drilling programs according to engineering and geological specifications
  .
• Monitor drilling parameters (mud weight, torque, pressure) and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead pipe tripping, casing, and cementing operations with precision.
• Enforce HSE regulations
  , conduct safety meetings, and implement well control procedures.
• Mentor and train junior crew members on drilling techniques and safety protocols.
• Perform equipment maintenance
  , troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling reports
  , logs, and incident documentation.

• 8+ years in oil and gas drilling, including 3+ years as a Senior Driller
  .
• Experience with offshore/onshore rigs (Jack-up, Land Rigs, Semi-submersible, etc.).
• Expertise in rotary, directional, and horizontal drilling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of well control, mud systems, and pressure management
  .
• Proficiency in drilling software and rig instrumentation.
• Leadership skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
  .
• Technical diploma (preferred) or equivalent certification in drilling/petroleum engineering.
