Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Support the daily operation of company vehicles through regular maintenance, proper documentation, timely renewals, and clear communication with drivers and users.

Key Accountability Areas

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit reports on the working condition of company vehicles and equipment to relevant departmental authorities.
  • File reports for any delays, incidents, or accidents involving fleet vehicles.

Driver Communication and Issue Resolution:

  • Maintain open communication with drivers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by drivers.

Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for all company vehicles.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
  • Maintain a spare vehicle ready for use in emergencies.

Insurance and Licensing:

  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurances and licenses.

Customer Complaint Handling:

  • Investigate, verify, and resolve any customer complaints related to fleet operations.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payments related to fleet operations, including leasing, servicing, and other associated costs.
  • Manage regular fuel and maintenance expenses for vehicles under supervision.

Vehicle Allocation and Handover:

  • Handover vehicles to users as per requirement and ensure proper documentation.
Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
