Electrical Supervisor- Renewable Energy; Solar

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for solar PV installation and related electrical mechanical works.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower, productivity and workmanship to ensure execution as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Enova engineers, consultants and client teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, method statements and technical specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to HSEEQ requirements and promote a strong safety culture at site.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections and ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel.
• Report site progress, issues, risks and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities when required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and material management at site.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/project supervision activities.
• Experience in solar PV projects considered an added advantage.
• Mandatory HSE certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
