The Early Career Training is a program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.

• Learning understanding and executing the repairing & preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining Back-office reporting, test reports and maintaining customer documentations at site.
• Consultation, Co-coordination with OEM for unsolved repair problems.
• Provide technical assistance as needed for the installation or pre-arrangement of projects.
• Performed all duties as part of a team or as site lead to allocate the responsibilities to site team.
• Participate in Safety, Quality, and Productivity Continuous Improvement
• Understanding of safety importance at site perform LOTO operations.

• Diploma or/and bachelor s in electrical engineering or relevant fields
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge in Electrical field especially High Voltage Switchgear
• Understanding equipment s information
• Basic understanding in drawings
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Willing to work at various sites in the kingdom

• Self-driven, attentive to details, outcome oriented, good working attitude
• Fast learner and quick adaptation
• Hard worker
