Safety and Health - HSE Officer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety and Security Officer to lead and enforce a world-class health safety and security environment within our fast-paced 3PL warehouse In this role you will be responsible for safeguarding our workforce visitors and inventory by implementing robust HSE protocols fully aligned with Saudi Labor Law HRSD and Saudi Civil Defense standards From conducting hazard risk assessments and managing warehouse traffic flows to leading incident investigations and emergency preparedness drills you will play a critical role in driving a zero-harm safety culture and maintaining operational compliance across all facility activities

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree or a 3-year Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  3 5 years of direct experience as a Safety Officer, ideally within a 3PL, logistics, or warehousing facility in Saudi Arabia.
• Regulatory Knowledge (Mandatory):
  Deep practical understanding of Saudi Labor Law , HRSD OSH standards , and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.
• Certifications:
  
  NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Technical Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with warehouse-specific hazards (racking inspections, MHE/forklift safety, traffic management, PTW, and LOTO).
• Languages:
  
  Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

  Qualifications:
  
  Knowledge of SFDA standards, HACCP, or ISO 22000 (Food Safety) is a strong plus.
