Parsons is hiring a BIM Manager
- Infrastructure Digital Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Qiddiya Delivery Partner Program within the Construction industry. The manager will lead BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery across infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and public-realm projects. Serving as the project-level BIM authority, the successful candidate will oversee contractor execution plans, common data environments, multidisciplinary models, clash resolution, information quality, and digital handover.

All deliverables must comply with employer requirements, ISO 19650, and program objectives.

A large development program generates interconnected models, drawings, quantities, schedules, documents, and asset data across numerous disciplines and contracts. Without consistent digital governance, teams can work from conflicting information and create avoidable design, construction, and handover risks. The BIM Manager will establish a controlled information environment linking design coordination with planning, cost management, construction, GIS, and facilities operations. Reliable workflows and model audits will support better decisions and prepare complete asset information for long-term use.

• Lead project-level BIM and digital-delivery activities.
• Establish governance requirements, workflows, responsibilities, and reporting controls.
• Review pre-contract and post-contract BIM Execution Plans.
• Assess alignment with Employer Information Requirements and ISO 19650.
• Verify implementation of required BIM uses across contractor teams.
• Monitor 3D coordination, 4D planning, 5D cost integration, record models, and asset information.
• Develop and maintain Model Development Specifications.
• Coordinate Master Information Delivery Plans and Task Information Delivery Plans.
• Verify Level of Development compliance at stage gates and delivery milestones.
• Maintain requirements-traceability registers.
• Monitor contractor performance against employer digital-delivery requirements.
• Administer Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Aconex, or equivalent platforms.
• Manage common data environment workflows, permissions, approvals, and suitability codes.
• Apply ISO 19650 information-lifecycle requirements.
• Monitor model, drawing, quantity-schedule, and information-exchange submissions.
• Verify timely delivery and compliance with approved information plans.
• Authorize progression of deliverables following quality and technical reviews.
• Lead weekly and biweekly BIM coordination meetings.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary model-review workshops.
• Manage clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Track coordination issues through Revizto or equivalent platforms.
• Audit model integrity, coordinate systems, naming conventions, and workset structures.
• Verify mandatory attributes, classification codes, and Level of Development requirements.
• Review federated models in native, IFC, and NWD formats.
• Manage interfaces across disciplines, contracts, consultants, and contractors.
• Validate 4D construction-sequencing models using Synchro Pro or equivalent software.
• Verify alignment between project models and approved schedules.
• Review model-based quantity takeoffs and Bills of Quantities.
• Assess 5D cost-management deliverables.
• Monitor COBie quality and Asset Information Model development.
• Coordinate digital asset-handover requirements with facilities-management teams.
• Manage BIM-to-GIS integration and review geospatial deliverables.
