Key Responsibilities
Inspect MV LV distribution lighting small power earthing emergency power and electrical life-safety installations Review and respond to electrical Requests for Inspection Verify containment cabling terminations panels fixtures and equipment against approved documents Witness insulation-resistance continuity earth-resistance functional and operational tests Inspect residential commercial retail office clubhouse and external electrical works Identify defective or non-compliant installations and monitor corrective actions Support energisation commissioning snagging and handover activities
Minimum Requirements:Diploma or bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of electrical inspection experience. Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, earthing, emergency power, and life-safety systems. Familiarity with SEC, IEC, NFPA, NEC, and Saudi Building Code requirements. Previous consultancy or construction supervision experience is preferred. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
