Safety and Health - HSE Officer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety and Security Officer to lead and enforce a world-class health, safety, and security environment within our fast-paced 3PL warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our workforce, visitors, and inventory by implementing robust HSE protocols fully aligned with Saudi Labor Law
, HRSD
, and Saudi Civil Defense standards. From conducting hazard risk assessments and managing warehouse traffic flows to leading incident investigations and emergency preparedness drills, you will play a critical role in driving a zero-harm safety culture and maintaining operational compliance across all facility activities.

Bachelor's degree or a 3-year Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

3-5 years of direct experience as a Safety Officer, ideally within a 3PL, logistics, or warehousing facility in Saudi Arabia.

Deep practical understanding of Saudi Labor Law, HRSD OSH standards, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.

NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour certification.

Hands-on experience with warehouse-specific hazards (racking inspections, MHE/forklift safety, traffic management, PTW, and LOTO).

Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

Knowledge of SFDA standards, HACCP, or ISO 22000 (Food Safety) is a strong plus.
