Maintenance & Project Engineer

As a Maintenance Manager
, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all production and utility systems. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee automation and engineering projects, and play a critical role in supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

• Plan, manage, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for:
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment and systems.
• Program and maintain automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives).
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and SFDA standards.
• Support process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, calibration records, and compliance reports.
• Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering

• 8–12 years of experience in maintenance within medical disposables, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries
  .
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  .
• Hands‑on experience in automation, packaging, and sterilization systems.
• Proven track record in leading engineering projects and process improvements.
• Training or certification in PLC programming or industrial automation is an advantage.
