Environmental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Saudi Aramco and SEC for conducting Environmental impact assessment for various projects.
• Develop and implement of Environmental Management Plan, Waste management Plan, outcome of Environmental impact assessment
• Preparation for environmental aspect and impact register
• Develop and implement a comprehensive waste management audit and prepare reports.
• Develop a comprehensive Chemical inventory report
• Develop of HAZCOM program
• Plan and conduct ISO 14001 internal audit and coordinate for external audit.
• Plan and do the site monitoring such as noise, air and stake monitoring as per Aramco monthly monitoring program
• Processing & implementing of all Aramco environmental requirements & Statutory requirements for various projects
• Prepare and submit monthly environmental deliverables as per Aramco
• Liaise with Client and update Project Environmental status in the Weekly Progressive Meeting.
• Coordinating with Aramco and SEC for appraising the project waste management program;
• Evaluating & Monitoring the Contractor environmental activities and conducting audits
• Investigating of environmental related incidents; internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities. Further, the lesson learned to communicate to all work force to avoid such repetition
• Part of JSA team and provide inputs
• Conducting training programs on environmental topics and promotional activities.
• Conducting meetings across project locations to review the environmental performance.
• Supporting for all environmental related compliances, issues and disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Prepare and present annual environmental performance report
• Advise bid teams and Aramco and SEC requirement during bid stage.
