Overview

Chemical Engineer - Process Development Specialist. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves researching, designing, and developing processes for various chemical products. The position requires strong technical knowledge in chemical engineering principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates;

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones.
• Design and implement pilot plants to test new processes and products.
• Analyze data from experiments and pilot plant trials to optimize process parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, technicians, and production engineers to develop efficient and cost-effective processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all process development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development within the chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and unit operations.
• Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or ChemCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills in English.

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working on projects related to petrochemicals or refinery processes.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
