As a Maintenance Manager
, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all production and utility systems. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee automation and engineering projects, and play a critical role in supporting continuous improvement across the facility.
Plan, manage, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for:
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational safety.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment and systems.
Program and maintain automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives).
Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and SFDA standards.
Support process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
Maintain maintenance documentation, calibration records, and compliance reports.
Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operators.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
.8–12 years of experience in maintenance within medical disposables, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries
.Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
.Hands‑on experience in automation, packaging, and sterilization systems.
Proven track record in leading engineering projects and process improvements.
Training or certification in PLC programming or industrial automation is an advantage.
