Senior Quality Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our esteemed team dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that enhance our project execution and meet the highest standards of excellence.

Your expertise will be crucial in conducting audits, inspections, and comprehensive reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to monitor compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance for stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers and team members.
• Stay updated on industry standards and changes in quality regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and relevant standards.
• Proven experience leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
