Technical Proposal Engineer; Method Engineer

Job Summary:

• Gather information and write accurate, well-formatted, and well-presented content for all tender submissions.
• Engage fully with the estimating team to identify specific project risks, resolve proposed methodologies, and agree with resource requirements.
• Develop PEP, logistics plans, etc., and overall construction methodologies.
• Create 3D and 4D computer-generated imagery in collaboration with the BIM department.
• Work with the bid team to complete the PQQs during the PQ phase and organize the tender construction methodology submission workload.
• Work with the bid team to complete the technical proposal during the bid phase.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical portions of submissions with other team members (project understanding, approach and methodology, project organisation structures, team deployment schedule, project schedule and different specialised sections).
• Arrange and coordinate with other company departments and gather all information relevant to the project.
• Scrutinise, evaluate and understand all information and documentation included in the tender package.
• Collaborate with the planning department to prepare very detailed programs following a thorough review of all tender documentation, highlighting any constraints and risks to completion timelines.

• Five years of experience in the tender and Estimation Department.
• Minimum two years of experience in the Saudi market
• Experience in PIF & Aramco or similar tenders.
• Strong Communication Skills.
