Commissioning Engineer - BMS

To support our growing project portfolio, we are hiring a Commissioning Engineer – BMS for our Riaydh office.

• Perform commissioning, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC controls, lighting, access, and energy monitoring systems
• Program and integrate BMS devices and controllers (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Tridium, etc.)
• Collaborate with design, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth system startup and handover
• Prepare and review commissioning plans, checklists, and functional test reports
• Ensure all systems meet client requirements and comply with project specifications and industry standards
• Provide onsite and remote technical support during commissioning and post-handover stages
• Train end-users on BMS system operation and provide documentation support

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in BMS commissioning
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX)
• Experience with one or more BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Schneider Eco Struxure, Honeywell EBI, etc.)
• Ability to read control schematics, sequence of operations, and system drawings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
