Overview
JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our innovative team. As a leading firm specializing in Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the region's development.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough structural analysis and design for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project execution
- Collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions
- Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and provide constructive feedback on designs developed by junior engineers
- Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address engineering challenges during construction
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to junior team members, fostering their professional growth
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP
2000, and SAFE) - Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional Engineering license or similar certification is preferred
- Experience leading projects and providing guidance to junior engineers is highly desirable
