Position: Utilities Engineer (EOI)

Overview

JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Utilities Engineer. As a Utilities Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a vital role in the planning, design, and management of utility projects. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that utility systems are efficiently designed and successfully implemented. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and make a meaningful impact on the community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage utility project designs, including water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor construction activities and perform site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project execution
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
  • Promote safety and compliance with relevant regulations during project execution
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure overall project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in utilities engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of utility systems, including water, wastewater, and drainage
  • Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in utility engineering
