Mechanical Supervisor - Gas Turbine

Job Summary:

Lite Wave Co. is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Supervisor specialized in Gas Turbines to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 15‑20 years of hands‑on experience, specifically with GE frames, managing major overhauls and maintenance activities.

• Perform hands‑on repairs, major overhauls, and Combustion Inspection (CI) activities.
• Supervise gas turbine alignment, boroscopic inspections, and maintenance of auxiliary systems.
• Identify required spare parts from manufacturer drawings and arrange resources for planned/forced shutdowns.
• Conduct Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and lead Toolbox talks to ensure full compliance with HSEM systems and safety requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all breakdown and overhaul maintenance activities.
• Issue file notes to document any site events or incidents.

• Education:
  
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  15‑20 years of proven working experience on Gas Turbines.
• Technical Expertise:
  Must have specific experience with GE Gas Turbines (Frame 5, 6B, 7E, 7EA).
• Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead site teams effectively.
