** Role Overview:
** As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You’ll ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help us deliver our projects efficiently and effectively.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Prepare detailed cost estimates for elevator installation and maintenance projects. Analyze tender documents and collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive bids.
* Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
* Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and manage any variations or amendments.
* Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement of materials and services. Evaluate bids and negotiate terms to ensure value for money and quality standards are met.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify that installations meet company standards and client specifications. Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
* Work closely with project managers and engineers to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or performance.
* Identify and assess potential risks related to project costs and timelines. Develop risk management plans and engage with project teams to implement mitigation strategies.
* Address and resolve any contractual or financial disputes in a timely manner, maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documents, including contracts, correspondence, and financial reports.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in elevator technology and construction methods. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or similar role.
* Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
