The Senior Field Engineer is responsible for leading field operations related to integrated CCTV and Security Access Control Systems (SACS). This includes advanced operation and maintenance (O&M), complex fault diagnosis, team leadership, and delivering technical training. The role ensures systems operate efficiently and meet client and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced operation and maintenance of integrated CCTV and SACS systems.
- Diagnose complex system faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Lead field teams in daily tasks and project execution.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and maintenance logs.
- Support system upgrades, commissioning, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Experience in integrated CCTV/SACS operation and maintenance.
- Proven ability in complex fault diagnosis for security and surveillance systems.
- Strong team leadership experience in field operations.
- Experience providing technical training to engineers/technicians.
- Certification or verified competency in CCTV/SACS O&M (if applicable).
- Strong technical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to interpret system drawings, documentation, and technical guidelines.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technologies, and basic networking.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working on O&M contracts or large infrastructure projects (preferred).
