A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP for rail/metro projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with significant expertise in the MEP discipline, particularly in rail and metro infrastructure. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and tender documents, as well as managing costs and contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
