Senior Production Manager

Position Overview / Purpose of the Role

The Senior Production Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all technical and production operations across the project. This includes overseeing structural installations, game areas, and all production-related build elements. The role ensures that all activities are executed according to engineering standards, safety requirements, timelines, and quality expectations. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple teams and workflows simultaneously.

• Review and validate engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and all technical documentation.
• Develop project timelines, build schedules, and detailed installation plans.
• Forecast resource needs and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials accordingly.

• Lead daily site operations, set priorities, and ensure efficient task execution across all work zones.
• Monitor site readiness and ensure smooth coordination between engineering, production, fabrication, and vendor teams.
• Oversee the installation of structures, gaming areas, and all production and technical elements.

• Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and fabrication units to align project execution.
• Conduct regular site briefings, progress meetings, and task allocation sessions.
• Ensure seamless communication among all teams involved in the production process.

• Ensure all works comply with QA/QC standards, engineering guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship quality and adherence to technical requirements.
• Implement corrective actions for any technical issues, deviations, or non‑compliance.

• Identify potential risks, delays, or technical challenges and propose proactive solutions.
• Prepare detailed daily/weekly progress reports covering site readiness, milestones achieved, issues encountered, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate status updates to project managers and senior leadership.
