• Assist the project team in achieving commissioning milestones and compliance with objectives.
• Support the commissioning management team and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Review MEP construction and commissioning feedback to meet O&M requirements.
• Follow up on testing and commissioning and handover plans; track deficiencies and report progress.
• Facilities site commissioning meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
• Prepare handover documentation, update commissioning plans, and conduct site inspections.
• Track and report on the deficiency list after completion of system commissioning.

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Proven experience in testing and commissioning for large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with PMC processes, quality systems, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
