We are seeking a Production Facility Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of production equipment and automation systems within our large-scale manufacturing environment. This role oversees equipment operations, maintenance planning, and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support reliable, efficient, and compliant factory operations.
Your Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of production lines, automation systems, and production equipment operations.
- Develop and execute the factory’s annual maintenance and upkeep plans for production equipment and facilities.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of management processes for production-related equipment.
- Drive equipment technical optimization and major fault resolution by establishing long-term preventive mechanisms and reducing production interruption risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment safety, compliance, and adherence to large-scale manufacturing EHS standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of equipment management experience in large-scale manufacturing, including 5+ years of managing Frontline Engineering (FE) teams of 10+ people.
- Experience with new factory setups or production line expansion projects is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in full equipment lifecycle management, with advanced capabilities in complex equipment fault analysis and efficiency optimization using equipment data.
- Excellent cross-departmental coordination and planning skills with a strong focus on cost control.
- Solid understanding of EHS regulations and equipment safety standards in large-scale manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability in team building and talent development to create a high-performing equipment engineering team.
- Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
